This confirms that Koreserv Security Services is contracted to provide Physical Guarding Services to Lancewood Holdings a Division of Libstar Operations (PTY) Ltd. They commenced their contract with us at our Athlone plant as well as the three Factory shops on 06 April 2019. They have provided a professional and competent service at all time. They have implemented all of our requirements and have managed this contract well. When we have made changes, and required up-skilling of their personnel Korserv Management have provided what we have required promptly and efficiently. Their response time to problems that have arisen has been exceptional. When I joined Farmersfield Retirement Village as the Village Manager over ten years ago, Koreserv was the preferred supplier of security to the Village. River Glade Retirement Village has been with Koreserv for the past 15 years and we’ve had amazing service from the company. The security officers on our premises have been very courteous and handled themselves in a professional manner. Being a retirement village, it is difficult to find the right officers for the elderly, however saying that, we have some wonderful caring people.
