As mentioned in the Director Message, a Time and Attendance Management System purchased this time last year was successfully implemented and rolled it out to all sites.
Effective staff monitoring, and safety is crucial for tracking remote staff locations, communicating with users or pulling shift reports.
The software resides online with a Graphic User Interface (GUI) that enables us to automate the entire reporting process and eliminates the need to compile paper time-sheets, incident reports, supervisor, vehicle and customer reports.
The net result is improved efficiency and performance, increased productivity and ultimately, a superior customer service.
