Our Staff are our greatest asset and it is for this reason that we started our Staff Motivation initiative. Each month two Staff members have been exemplary ambassadors to not only Koreserv but excelled at providing our clients with the highest level of service.
A 50% weighing of these monthly awards are based on your feedback and nomination. The remaining weighting goes to time and attendance and overall employee attitude to you and your clients, patrons and tenants.
This award extends to both our cleaning and security division. Once we have completed a 12-month cycle, we will run a poll to see who can take the title of Koreserv Ambassador of the year. We will be sponsoring a child that the successful candidate will nominate for a full year of schooling.
